Helps improve joint mobility.* Lubricates & protects joints.* With UC-II & hyaluronic acid. I am now only taking 1 pill a day and no Tylenol.Schiff Move Free Ultra Dietary Supplement - 30 Tablets I'm glad I tripled and then doubled up on the supplement to feel better sooner. I'm sure, sooner than later, I will feel even better soon. Needless to say, I am so happy I purchased this product. I AM WALKING UP AND DOWN THE STAIRS LIKE A NORMAL PERSON! There is still a little ache, but not the debilating kind. It wasn't until I woke up in the middle of the night, and not from pain, just to go to the bathroom, that I didn't have to gingerly ease myself out of bed before standing up. I then ordered the 2 pack 75 count bottle. I started the 2nd bottle and took the supplement twice a day and started to feel better, the pain was subsiding and I stopped taking the Tylenol. After 10 days and continuing the Tylenol, I felt very little relief. Since I ordered 2 bottles, I came up with the bright idea to take 3 pills a day for 10 days thinking the sooner I get the supplement in me the sooner I would feel better. By that time, both knees were swollen and painful. So many of the reviewers were experiencing my pain so I ordered 2 bottles. Naturally, I looked it up on Amazon and read the reviews first. I woke up out of a sleep in pain only to watch an infomercial on this product. Like other reviewers, I was taking the stairs one at a time and it was extremely painful. When one ached & swelled, I would favor it over the other, took Tylenol arthritis pills and eventually aggravate the other and have to continue the pills, it was never ending pain. I was diagnosed with a minicus tear in my right knee and arthritis in my left. I purchased this item on February 21, 2017, I ordered 2 bottles. ![]() It might not work for everybody, but it's worth a try. I can recommend Move Free Ultra to anyone. I still take a couple of aspirin before work and before bed, but the handfuls of pain relievers are in the past. ![]() Move Free didn't help my arthritic hands, shoulder, or neck, but as a treatment for my main mobility problems, I can say Move Free Ultra was just what I needed. I'm able to walk normally after a few warm-up paces. Now, 9 months later, I think I'm safe giving credit to Move Free. I'd had brief remissions and respites before and was reluctant to credit the new supplement. I wanted to attribute it to the Move Free Ultra, but I was still a little skeptical. I bought a bottle of it and added it to my nightly vitamin doses, omitting the glucosamine and chondroitin, and kind of forgot about it.Ībout two weeks later,I noticed I was walking pretty well. Nothing else had worked so I had nothing to lose. Having seen ads for Move Free Ultra, I thought, "what the heck". Over the years I've tried a lot of them, with little or no relief, so I'm no believer in advertising hype. There are a lot of patent medicines and highly touted treatments for arthritis and joint pain. Before I went to bed I would take more Aleve and Tylenol. Every night before work, I would take 3 Aleve tablets and 2 Tylenol. My walking was getting worse, and my job requires I walk around a lot. For the last 15 or so years I had been taking glucosamine and chondroitin and had deceived myself into believing at least it wasn't getting worse, which of course it was. ![]() My "warmed up" was almost as bad as my "cold". But over the years my knees and ankle were getting to the point I just couldn't walk. ![]() You know how it is - those first few steps until you get the joints warmed up. For years my joints were stiff when I would first get out of a chair. I have had knee problems for over 30 years - accidents, falls, etc.
